The Contiental Wrestling Federation TV program kicks off with its theme plus various clips of CWF champions as heavyweight champ Ted Dibiase, tag team champs Demolition, junior champ Steve 'Mr. Electricity' Regal and womens champ Rockin Robin before going to the CWF desk with our announcing team of Les Thatcher and Charlie Platt who are with female ring announcer Mike McGuirk. Les and Charlie welcome the fans back to the CWF for an action pack hour of the best of profession wrestling. Les tells the fans will be seeing a lot of old and new faces in the upcoming weeks. Feature on today's show are tag champions Demolition, heavyweight champ Ted Dibiase, junior champ Steve Regal and women's champ Rockin Robin as well as the debut of the Honky Tonk Man and Jake 'the Snake' Roberts..
The announcing duo are joined at the desk by tag team champs Demolition. This combination is made up of Crush and Smash. They tell Les and Charlie that they are looking forward to facing the World Tag Team Champs the Steiner Brothers at the end of the month (July 29, 30 and 31). Crush announces they will be the new World Tag Team Champs once they can get those cowards into the ring. Smash adds that Steiners had better keep those belts bright and shiney when they bring them to the ring. Les questions them about title defenses before then. Demolition laughs off any of the challengers as the New Zealand Sheepherder, the Rock 'n Roll RPMs, the Alexandra York Foundation even Dick Murdoch and Stan 'the Lariate' Hansen. Demolition says they will prove their point today when they wipe up the ring with the RPMs on tv today.
1. Single Match. 1-fall 10-minute time limit. The Honky Tonk Man w/Cheerleader Peggy Sue overcomes the younger, bigger Brad Anderson at the 8:01 mark when Honky gets the pin on Anderson following the Shake Rattle and Roll.
Following the match, Honky and Peggy Sue join Mike ringside for an interview. Honky says he and Peggy Sue are happy to be back in the South. It's like being home again for him. Honky says he is here to win titles and make a lot of money. And he adds there is also some personal business he has with someone here and he will make it known to everyone when the time is right.

Before the start of the next match, Les and Charlie are joined by Jake 'the Snake' Roberts who is carrying a large bag. Jake says he has a special message to anyone after Ted Dibiase's heavyweight belt. Keep away. The Snake says winning the title is important to his plans and it would much healthier for people like Barry Wyndham, Dan Spivey, Tully Blanachard or anyone else that wants to get involved. Now Bobby Blaze is going to get a lesson in wrestling with a snake.
2. Single Match. 1-fall 10-minute time limit. Jake 'the Snake' Roberts torements Bobby Blaze and finally puts him away with the DDT at the 6:31 mark.

3. Ladies Single Match. 1-fall 10-minute time limit. Popular CWF women's champ Rockin Robin is held to a time limit draw with the arrogant Magnificent Mimi. After the match, referee Jack Howe has to seperate the women who aren't satisfied with the draw and want the contest to continue.
Back at the desk, popular CWF heavyweight Champ Ted Dibiase joins the announcing team to address some things involving the belt. Dibiase admits that he is getting ready for the upcoming appearance of World's Heavyweight Champ Ricky Steamboat but he is not looking past contenders for the belt. He talks about Barry Wyndham and Dan Spivey as top challengers. Ted also discusses the appearances today of the Honky Tonky Man and Jake Roberts. Dibiase adds he doesn't know what the Snake is talking about but Ted says he is on his guard where he is in an arena.

Before the start of the next match, McGuirk interviews 'Hollywood' John Tatum who comes out to a few boos from the studio fans. Tatum, in a serious tone, tells Mike he no longer wants to be know as 'Hollywood' because he as come home to stay. John says he grew up in Pensecola, Fla. and watch the old Gulf Coast wrestling stars like the Field Brothers, Ken Lucas, Bob Kelly, the Pro, the Medic and all the other stars who came though this area. Tatum admits he has done a lot of things both bad and good in the wrestling business to get where he is today. Now, he is going back to being the person that made his family and friends proud of him years ago. And his goal is to win the CWF heavyweight belt then earn a shot the the World heavyweight belt held by Ricky Steamboat. Tatum ends up getting a nice applause from the fans as he goes to the ring.
4. Single Match. 1-fall 10-minute time limit. John Tatum takes down the Masked Ninja with a backslide for the pin at the 8:10 mark.

5. Fifth Match. 1-fall 10-minute time limit. Four Man Tag Team Match. Demolition destroys the Rock n Roll RPMs (Mike Davis & Tommy Lane) at the 5:55 mark when Crush nails Davis with the piledriver for the pin and win.
After the match, Charlie and Les are joined by the lovely Alexandra York who is accompanied by Foundation members Tully Blanchard, Steve 'Mr. Electricity' Regal and Randy Rose. Miss York says she has heard a lot from the champions and challengers today. But it seems they are ignoring the York Founation which has the CWF jr. heavyweight champ Steve 'Mr. Electricity' Regal as the best of the Four Horsemen and the Midnight Express. With her finanial backing, these men are going to be wearing the CWF gold
They leave as Les, Charlie and Mike wrap up today's show reminding the fans to tune in next week for appearnaces from Dick Murdoch and Stan 'the Lariate' Hansen plus a visit from manger Sir Oliver Humperdink who has a special announcement.
