While this is the only show I have read from ECW, I was really into Tully Blanchard on this show. I actually like that one week he is portrayed like this, and then he will be gone. I find in this stuff, too often everything works out perfectly, and that seldom happened in real life with guys leaving territories, and stuff going unresolved. Something like this is a good shot of reality booking into things, and it gets the creative juices going as now you will have to explain things.
The Douglas and Heenan segment was interesting. I am not sure where it is going, but it seems like it has some potential behind it. I will agree Heenan, and apparently Hogan judging from other feedback though this is the first show I have read and he is only mentioned in passing, seems out of place here at first glance. I think though that you just have to do what you want to do, and develop your own direction. I have seen guys come off out of place in idea, but surprisingly work well in writing once given the time to develop. Not sure about Hogan, but as this is the first show of yours I have read I can't give any reaction to it.
Enjoyable read though, and I look forward to more.
