Kick Ass Wrestling
Live from the WLMT-TV 30 Studios
7/1/1992
1 am
Memphis, Tennessee
The Kick Ass Wrestling logo explodes onto the screen while some generic, cheesy music plays. As that all goes away, we are inside a television studio with ...
once again ... Corey Maclin
Corey Maclin: "Excuse me! (Maclin yawns) Another late night or is that an early morning here in the KAW. If you missed it last week and at this time in the morning, I can understand why ... let's just roll the tape ...
Roll the video tape! We've got the Snowman Eddie Crawford. He confronts Kevin Lawler and after some words, drives a boot into Lawler's midsection. Flipping him up into the air, The Snowman powerbombs him onto the floor and we have pandemonium in the studio!
Corey Maclin: "KEVIN! OH NO!"
Jamie Dundee and JC Fargo to the rescue and here comes the head of Kick Ass Wrestling, Bert Prentice with a smiling Snowman retreating to the back with the damage already being done as the show goes off the air! The tape ends and we return to Corey Maclin, now joined by an irate Jamie Dundee and JC Fargo along with the midget!
Corey Maclin: "Jamie, JC, you've seen the tape ..."
Dundee looks mad as he snaps at Maclin who takes a step back.
Jamie Dundee: "SEEN THE TAPE? YOU BET WE'VE SEEN THE TAPE. WE WENT THROUGH IT LAST WEEK AND NOW WE'VE SEEN THE TAPE!"
Fargo and the midget hold Dundee back as he steps closer to the camera.
Jamie Dundee: "LET ME MAKE THIS REAL EASY FOR YOU SNOWMAN ... YOU TRY TO INJURE ONE OF THE KICK ICONS THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF US!
The Kick Ass Icons storm off and Maclin is joined Bert Prentice.
Bert Prentice: "Corey, I'm madder than a nest full of hornets and someone is going to pay for what they did to Kevin Lawler. The Snowman came out here last week and attacked Kevin. I will personally see to it that heads will roll!"
Corey Maclin: "Bert, Jamie left before we were able to find out how Kevin is doing? I know he's not here today."
Bert Prentice: "Kevin is bruised and battered as expected. He is home resting now and will most likely be on the shelf for awhile. He says he's ready to get back in the ring but the doctors are not willing to give him a release yet."
Corey Maclin: "Alright, we've got a lot of action to get to after this commercial break!"

We come back for our first action with the Tennessee Vols in the ring!
Tennessee Volunteers versus The Bad Crew
The Volunteers jump all over the the former USWA's whipping boys. One-sided affair as both Steve Doll and Reno Riggins whoop up on their opponents. In short order, this one is over in a little over three minutes thanks to a Double DDT on ... does it really matter which Crew member was pinned?
Following the win, the victors sweep up their NOT the KAW Tag belts and pass by Maclin on the way to the back.
Steve Doll: "That's how champions do it!"
Corey Maclin: "Alright, the Tennessee Vols with a big win today ... and I am joined once again by Bert Prentice."
Bert Prentice: "Corey, I have to apologize for my outburst earlier and make some announcements for the upcoming weeks. First, let me say on Saturday, July 28th, Kick Wrestling will be at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse, right here in Memphis with our biggest show to date where we will crown both a heavyweight champion but the tag champions as well. Over the next couple of weeks, here on television, we will have a tag tournament to determine the two teams for the finals on the 28th. We will also narrow things down to just two men for that evening."
Corey Maclin: "Alright ... lots of action in the KAW but right now, we have to take a break from the action!"
Corey Maclin sends it to a commercial break, before the Vols Double DDT on the Bad Crew member plays in slow motion.

We come back from the break and see The Turtle inside the ring with this guy, stepping in!
SID!
The Turtle versus SID!
The Turtle makes a few martial arts moves with the bell that don't faze the big man. He reaches out, grabs his opponent and whips him across the ring. After bouncing off the ropes, The Turtle runs right into Sid's big boot. It puts him down and in about 8 seconds this one is over ... and it is time for a commercial!
Heading into the break, we get the slo-mo of the Big Boot.

Sid, with his eyes opened wide, has joined Corey Maclin.
Sid: "Corey Maclin, I don't like spiders and snakes and that ain't what it takes to love me like I want to be loved by you."
Sid walks off, leaving a somewhat confused Maclin trying to hold back a giggle.
Corey Maclin: "O ... kay ... Big Sid is here in Memphis. Let's go to the ring ..."
Apolo Dantes w/Alfonso Dantes versus Ben Jordan w/Ken Timbs
It is main event time and Alfonso walks around the ring with his Dantes Lucha Factory sign while referee Al Hall checks over Jordan.
We have the bell and we are underway with not much time left in the program. Dantes strikes first with a couple of armdrags that gets his father all fired up but Jordan counters with a couple of his own. Dantes with a head scissors takedown is able to make a cover for a one count but finds Jordan far from finished as he strikes back with an Irish whip and a dropkick that gets a cheer from his mentor, Timbs.
We get several more inventive arm drags by Apolo and some return moves by Jordan. Going once too often to the well, Dantes finds himself in the air and hitting the mat with a belly-to-back suplex.
That's a far as we get when we have intruders in the ring!
THE SNOWMAN EDDIE CRAWFORD AND REGGIE BENNETT!
The pair hit the ring wearing weight lifting belts and in seconds both are swinging them. Ken Timbs pulls Ben Jordan from the ring but Apolo Dantes isn't so lucky and neither is Alfonso Dantes who takes a shot from the Snowman while on the ring apron. Apolo takes his father to the back while The Snowman calls for a mic.
HERE COME THE KICK ASS ICONS! Jamie Dundee and JC Fargo run out from the back but Reggie Bennett swinging the belt keeps them out of the ring.
The Snowman: "HEY JAMIE! I GOTS NO PROBLEM WITH YOU! MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE LAWLERS!"
Jamie tries to rush the ring again but JC holds him back while Reggie Bennett stands guard.
Corey Maclin: "Come on now ..."
The Snowman: "NOW, I GOTS NO PROBLEM WITH YOU BUT HE DOES!"
IT'S BRICKHOUSE BROWN!!!!!
We've got chaos as Brickhouse comes in swinging a chair, taking out both Dundee and Fargo and putting the boots to the duo before being joined by The Snowman and Bennett. The show goes off the air with a clatter as the camera swings around to find Bert Prentice on the floor, having slipped while running out with a chair to the rescue!
