It's that time of year again here in Japan! It's the Tokyo Sports Awards! Each and every year Tokyo Sports Magazine hands out these illustrious awards! Nice touch to do this. First reaction is whether it has some deeper meaning, but looking at last year, nothing seemed to come of it angle wise except maybe playing into Akiyama a bit. Good on Misawa and Kobashi, even with that AWA run lol.

Haha. Yeah. Misawa & Kobashi are better than that whole outdated, stereotypical evil foreigner shtick - but hey. Those guys do no wrong in my eyes.
As noted, just a nice touch that elevates things in a real world sense & ties a lot of stuff together across borders & boundaries. Really "grounds" things a bit and gives a deeper, broader dynamic that honestly allows you to kick new doors wide open WHENEVER it suits ya - like seamlessly crossing over from something as strict & no-nonsense as New Japan to the wild & chaotic nature of Frontier.
Just a fun presentation of things, all in all. But it's long been a steady staple in your work for as far back as I can remember, man. Thumbs up.
