Vince McMahon: HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME TO THE HISTORIC BOSTON GARDEN!!! WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE THE THANKSGIVING TRADITION!!! WELCOME TO THE 1993 SURVIVOR SERIES!!!!! Hello everyone I am Vince McMahon, along with Gorilla Monsoon, and Gorilla it’s time for TAG TEAM ELIMINATION!!!
Gorilla Monsoon: THAT’S RIGHT VINCE!!! Surviving is the name of the game tonight, and we have three big elimination matches!!! But that’s not all because the Intercontinental Championship is going to be on the line tonight when the current Champion, “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels defends against former Champion Tatanka, and there will be not one, but TWO referee for that one. Plus “Double J” Jeff Jarrett makes his World Wrestling Federation debut!!!
Suddenly, before Vince can talk, this music starts to play over the PA system
Vince McMahon: WHAT? WHAT’S THAT? IT’S………….IT’’S MR. PERFECT!!!!!!
Perfect in a suit that says “PERFECT” across the back walks up to Vince and Gorilla
Mr. Perfect: Vince McMahon, Gorilla Monsoon, Mr. Perfect is BACK in the World Wrestling Federation, and I thought the only way to make the perfect return, would be to do it here at The Survivor Series and provide the perfect commentary!
Vince McMahon: Be that as it may, tonight you have joined us for an action packed show!!!! And now let’s go to the ring and kick it off!!!!
Harvey Wippleman leads The Headshrinkers and Adam Bomb, the members of Lex Luger team to the ring first, Monsoon says he has seen some odd characters in his time in the WWF, but these three take the cake!!!
And here comes the team captain “The Total Package” Lex Luger, Perfect says Luger looks like he is in the best shape of his life. Gorilla says he can’t argue with that at all, but says that the Bulldog is no slouch either.
Crush is the first man out to represent Team Bulldog, Crush is pointing and yelling at Adam Bomb as he heads to the ring as Adam Bomb looks on menacingly! Gorilla says these two might not wait for the rest of the participants to come out before tearing into each other!
“The Rocket” Owen Hart and his big brother, former WWF Champion Bret “The Hitman” Hart head out to the ring!!!! Gorilla says that he can see these two winning any of the gold that they want in the World Wrestling Federation.
And that music can only mean one thing, the team captain, The British Bulldog is on his way to the ring!!! Vince mentions that Bulldog and the Hart Brothers are in laws, and shows Stu and Helen Hart at ringside. Bret and Owen both give their glasses away to kids at ringside before the match begins!!!
“
We kick things off with Team Bulldog taking on Team Luger! Crush and Adam Bomb start us off as the two men have had their issues for a little while now. They brawl with each other before Adam Bomb tags out to Luger, Crush and Luger then trade power moves until Crush takes Luger down with a powerslam, but a cover barley gets a two count. Owen Hart tags in and goes after Luger, but is soon overpowered. Luger and Adam Bomb tag in and out and toss Owen around a bit. Bomb tries for a pin after a tilt a whirl slam but Owen kicks out. Owen leapfrogs a backdrop from Adam Bomb and tags back out to Crush. Crush and Adam Bomb brawl some more until they end up spilling outside of the ring, the two men keep fighting and ignore the referee who counts them both out, eliminating both of them from the match!!! It takes several officials to get the two men away from ringside, but they don't stop brawling as they fight all the way up the aisle to the locker room!!
Luger climbs into the ring and Bulldog joins him, the team captains challenge each other in several test of strength until Luger kicks Bulldog in the gut with a cheap shot. Luger then tags out to Fatu, the Headshrinker bites and claws at Bulldog before tagging out to Samu who does much of the same. Samu hits a top rope splash on Bulldog but Bret Hart breaks up the cover!! All six men are then in the ring brawling, the referee finally gets control and Bulldog tags out to Bret, the former WWF Champion brawls with Samu before catching him on the top rope and bringing him crashing to earth with a superplex, Bret makes the cover and gets a three count for the elimination!!
Fatu is then in the ring and he and Bret brawl for a bit until Bret tags out to Bulldog, Bulldog and Fatu go at it until Bulldog hits a clothesline that causes Fatu to flip end over end!! Bulldog then tags out to Owen, Owen comes off the top rope and catches Fatu with a missile dropkick!!! Owen makes the cover and gets the three count!!! Luger is outnumbered 3 to 1!!! Owen tags out to the Bulldog and the Bulldog motions for Luger to get into the ring, Luger does, but then changes his mind, ducks back out of the ring and HEADS FOR THE LOCKER ROOM!!! Luger throws his hands up and then simply takes a powder!!! Perfect says Luger is smart, but Gorilla calls him a coward as the referee counts Luger out!! Bulldog, Bret and Owen Hart have survived!!!
Gorilla Monsoon can’t believe that Luger just walked away like that, Perfect says he thought it was the Perfect Plan, why stay when you are outnumbered? It’s not Luger’s fault that his team let him down!! Gorilla can’t believe what Perfect just said, Vince puts an end to the argument because PJ Walker is in the ring awaiting his opponent, the debuting Jeff Jarrett!!!!
"Double J" Jeff Jarrett makes his debut in grand fashion! Lights blinking everywhere as Jarrett struts down the aisle wearing a cowboy hat and glasses that also have blinking lights on them, Perfect says that Jarrett is a Perfect showman. Walker gets very little offense in here as it's all about Jarrett making his debut. Jarrett shows off his cocky side by breaking into a strut mid match, he makes his debut a successful one by forcing Walker to submit to the figure four leg lock. After the match Jarrett breaks into yet another strut!!
Perfect likes Jarrett, he says that he reminds Perfect of himself!!! Gorilla says he can see it, they are both full of themselves. Vince then sends us to the locker room and Jim Ross, who is with James E. Cornette and the WWF Champion Yokozuna. Ross asks Cornette if he has any idea who the Undertaker’s mystery partner is going to be tonight? Before he answers that Cornette says how proud of his good friend Jeff Jarrett is on his successful debut here tonight. Cornette then says he has spies everywhere and they haven’t seen any one new here tonight, he says he is sure of it, THERE IS NO PARTNER!!!! He says tonight Yokozuna lays Undertaker and the rest of Taker’s team to rest, once and for all!!!!
IRS and his team are in the ring, with the notable exception of Jerry “The King” Lawler, and the notable inclusion of Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, IRS says that Lawler was suspended, but Valentine stepped up to take his place because he too would like to wipe the smile off Doink’s face!!!!!
Out comes Doink The Clown with his partners and friends, The Bushwhackers and Mabel!!! They all look to be having a good time, much unlike their opponents, all four take the time to glad hand the fans around the ring, Vince is loving it while Perfect says it all makes him sick, Doink offers Perfect a handshake and gets him with a joy buzzer, which pisses Perfect off.
Jerry Lawler is no where in sight and the announcers says Lawler has been suspended but never mention why, and instead Greg Valentine has taken his place with Gorilla Monsoon and Mr. Perfect putting over Valentine's merits and the titles he has won here in the WWF. Doink and IRS start off the match, but IRS soon tags out to Martel, they keep Doink trapped in the ring and continue to tag in and out between each other. IRS almost draws a submission with an abdominal stretch, with an unseen assist from Martel at first, then Valentine. The referee finally does catch it and kicks the arms of Valentine and IRS allowing Doink to hip toss out of the hold. Doink then lunges to his corner and tags out to Bushwhacker Luke!! Luke and IRS go around a bit until IRS catches Luke with a Write Off Slam and eliminates the Bushwhacker!
Butch quickly gets into the ring and tries to avenge his partner, he has IRS on the ropes for a bit but fails to see Martel making a blind tag! Martel gets into the ring and attacks Butch from behind!! Martel and IRS hit a double suplex on Butch and Martel pins him for the three count!!
The massive Mabel now climbs into the ring, Martel doesn't want anything to do with Mabel so he tags out to his equally large partner, Bastion Booger. Booger and Mabel play "who can knock the other down" as they run the ropes and into each other, this all comes to a screetching halt when Mabel hits Booger with a spinning heel kick!!! Mabel pins Booger eliminating him. Valentine then jumps into the ring and goes right after Mabel, the grizzled veteran gives Mabel some trouble but ends up getting eliminated after a big belly to belly suplex!!! Both IRS and Martel then jump into the ring to double team Mabel, Mabel is unfazed, fights back and slams the two men's heads together, sending IRS out of the ring. Mabel squashes Martel in the corner!!! Mabel then whips Martel into the ropes, Martel puts the brakes on but Mabel follows up with a clothesline that sends Martel over the top rope and out of the ring!! Mabel follows Martel out, he rolls Martel into the ring but doesn't see IRS behind him with his briefcase, Martel grabs the referee to get his attention as IRS bashes Mabel from behind with the briefcase!! Mabel falls to the ground, Doink rushes to his partner's side, IRS runs off. The referee didn't see any of it and counts Mabel out, eliminating him!
It's down to 2 on 1! Doink fights the best he can but Martel and IRS battle like a well oiled machine, quick tags in and out between each other, a slip up between the two causes IRS to accidently clothesline Martel instead of Doink, the two partners then start to argue with IRS shoving Martel into a roll up by Doink, but IRS breaks it up before the three count. That gives Doink an opening though and he is able to fight back and eliminate Martel after the Whoopie Cushion!!! IRS and Doink then brawl, Doink seems to have IRS's number, but when he attempts the Whoopie Cushion, IRS moves and Doink crashes to the mat!! IRS then hits the Write Off to win the match and be the Sole Survivor!!!!
Perfect is laughing and says that Doink finally did something funny, got eliminated!!!!! While Perfect yuks it up, Gorilla and Vince go over the situation surrounding the Intercontinental Title and how Shawn Michaels won it. There is still some question in everyone’s mind if Shawn pulled the referee in front of him causing Tatanka to hit him, and if the referee hadn’t be knocked out would Tatanka had Shawn pinned? In order to make sure their is no controversy surrounding this match, two referees, one on the inside, and one on the outside, have been assigned this match!
The former Intercontinental Champion is out first and Gorilla says he looks like he is ready for business!! Perfect says that Tatanka is lucky to be getting this rematch, but the second referee won’t help, he doesn’t stand a chance against Shawn Michaels!!!
Shawn comes walking out to the ring holding the Intercontinental Title belt high in the air, Perfect says Shawn is well on his way to being the 2nd greatest Intercontinental Champion ever, Gorilla asks who the greatest is, and Perfect says it’s Perfectly Obvious.
The proud Native American doesn't wait until the bell rings before attacking Shawn!! He chops him all over the ring before sending him into the ropes and almost taking his head off with a big chop!! Shawn sells like he is dying, flopping and bumping all over the place with his chaps half off and his vest still on, he bounces up to his feet and charges Tatanka who gives him the HIGH backdrop over the top rope to the floor!!! Tatanka doesn't let Shawn rest following him out of the ring and whipping him hard into the guardrail, so hard that Shawn flips over the guardrail and into the crowd!!! Shawn is slow to his feet, but finally gets his vest off, Tatanka pulls him over the rail by his hair, he rolls Shawn back into the ring. Shawn is in full beg off mode, but Tatanka isnt backing down, he kicks Shawn into the corner and unloads on him with punches and hard chops!!! Tatanka whips Shawn across the ring to the other turnbuckle, Shawn hits it and flips over the corner and back out of the ring again!!! Tatanka wants to follow Shawn back out but the referee stops him!!!
Shawn looks like a beaten man on the floor. He gets his chaps off and staggers to his feet. He sticks his head into the ring to break the count, but then starts to walk around the outside of the ring to stall. After breaking the count several times Tatanka finally has enough and pushes passed the referee to get after Shawn. Tatanka and Shawn start brawling outside of the ring with Tatanka getting the upperhand, he rolls Shawn back into the ring. He pulls Shawn up by his hair and whips him into the ropes, Shawn ducks a clothesline, he then leapfrogs Tatanka and catches him with a flying forearm!!! Kip up by Shawn and now the Intercontinental Champion is in the driver's seat.
Shawn works Tatanka over, trapping him in several submission holds, not really looking to draw a submission but more to wear the challenger down. Shawn attempts a cover after a Teardrop Suplex, but Tatanka is able to kick out. Shawn almost puts Tatanka away with an elbow drop off the top rope, but somehow Tatanka finds a way to get a shoulder up. Shawn climbs to the top rope to attempt a moonsault, but Tatanka finds a way to hit the ropes and crotch Shawn on the top rope!!! Tatanka then climbs up and brings Shawn down to the mat with a Super Belly to Back Suplex!!!! Tatanka covers, but somehow, someway, Shawn kicks out a split second before the referee hits the mat a third time!!! Tatanka starts unloading on Shawn with chops, he breaks into a war dance and lets out a yell before dropping Shawn hard with a leaping big chop!!! Tatanka covers, but Shawn again slips a shoulder up right before 3!!! A frustrated Tatanka tries to throw Shawn over the top rope, but Shawn skins the cat!!!! Doesn't help as Tatanka drops Shawn with a HARD chop!! Cover and Shawn kicks out again before three.
Tatanka pulls Shawn up by his hair, he attempts to whip him into the corner but Shawn reverses and send Tatanka crashing into the corner!! Shawn mockingly does a little indian dance and makes a mocking indian motion with his hand in front of his mouth!!! He then attempts a leaping splash but Tatanka moves and Shawn smashes into the corner!!! Tatanka just blasts Shawn with punches while the crowd counts along to ten!!! Tatanka is fired up!!!! Tatanka pulls Shawn to the center of the ropes, he whips him off, SHAWN REVERSES!! Shawn attempts a backdrop but Tatanka counters with a Running DDT!!! Tatanka doesn't try for the cover, he leaps to his feet and measures Shawn!! He is motioning for Shawn to get up, Shawn staggers to his feet and into AN END OF THE TRAIL SLAM!!! TATANKA COVERS!! THE REFEREE COUNTS THREE!!!!! TATANKA WINS!!!!!
The referee is handing Tatanka the Intercontiental Title when the outside of the ring referee jumps in and pulls it away, he is pointing over at Shawn and saying his foot was on the rope!! A replay shows that Shawn got his foot on the bottom rope right as the inside the ring ref counted three!!! Tatanka is livid as the two referees confer. Finally the inside of the ring ref agrees with his colleague and takes the title from Tatanka, Tatanka tries to argue, then turns around to go back after Shawn, only Shawn is on his feet and cracks Tatanka's jaw with Sweet Chin Music!!! Shawn covers and gets the three count to retain the title!!!!! Perfect points out that had Tatanka not demanded a second referee than Tatanka would have won the title. Shawn looks battered and bruised but he walks away from this one STILL the Intercontiental Champion!!!!
Shawn leaves the ring holding the Intercontinental Title up, Tatanka is back to his feet and fuming, Gorilla doesn’t think we have heard the last of this one, but Perfect says he doesn’t think Tatanka deserves another rematch. The talk then turns to the main event, first the talk is about who the mystery partner might be, with Vince asking Perfect if it is him? Perfect says that he would be the Perfect mystery partner, but no, it’s not him. Gorilla says it’s not him either, but whomever it is, he is sure will be a pretty big deal, Perfect doesn’t think so and thinks that Cornette is correct and there is no mystery partner. They then discuss if Yokozuna is scared of The Undertaker, Gorilla believes that he is, while Perfect does not, Perfect thinks tonight Yokozuna will prove it and show the world that there is nothing about the Undertaker to be scared of.
The WWF Champion Yokozuna’s music plays as his team heads to the ring, Ludvig Borga leads the way with the WWF Tag Team Champions The Quebecers close behind and WWF Champion Yokozuna, with representative James E. Cornette close behind.
The Smoking Gunns are out first for the Undertaker’s team, Gorilla Monsoon calls them the next WWF Tag Team Champions, Mr. Perfect disagrees and Vince says we will all find out this weekend on Superstars!!! The lights then go out!!!!
Paul Bearer leads the Undertaker to the ring!!!!
As the Undertaker enters the ring, James E Cornette rips the microphone from Howard Finkel!! Cornette says he was right all along, THERE IS NO MYSTERY PARTNER!!! Cornette is calling Paul Bearer a con man and starts to berate the fans for being idiots and falling for it when he is interrupted by
IT’S 2 TIME FORMER WWF CHAMPION "THE MACHO MAN" RANDY SAVAGE!!!!!
Gorilla says Savage has been out of the WWF since taking 2 Banzai Drops from Yokozuna back at King of the Ring!! Cornette doesn't like it and keeps screaming no!!! Savage jumps in the ring and hits all four corner, bringing the fans to their feet!!!! He points at Cornette and wags his finger which makes Cornette even madder!!!!
Billy starts out with Quebecer Jacques, Cornette is still having a fit about Savage being the mystery partner on the outside, Billy and Jacques trade counters and holds until Billy leapfrogs Jacques and hits a dropkick!!! Billy then tags out to Bart, Bart gets a 2 count off a powerslam but Pierre breaks it up before his partner can be eliminated. Pierre and Bart and Pierre brawl allowing Jacques to hit Bart from behind!!! Jacques then drags Bart to his corner and tags out to Pierre, they isolate and work over Bart, but Pierre misses a moonsault and it gives Bart the chance to tag out to Randy Savage!!! Savage hits Pierre then Jacques as he comes into the ring, a running double ax handle would have eliminated Pierre but Jacques came in to try and break it up, Savage moved and Jacques ended up hitting his own partner!!! Savage then knocked Jacques out of the ring, and tagged out to Billy Gunn!!! Billy came off the top rope with a leg drop on Pierre!!! Billy covered and eliminated Pierre from the match!!!
Ludvig Borga then jumped into the ring and took Billy down with a stiff clothesline. He beat the tar out of Billy in the corner, a powerslam on Billy almost eliminated him, but Billy was able to kick out. Borga tried to press Billy over his head, but Billy slipped out and landed behind Borga, Billy rolled Borga up for a two count. Borga got to his feet in an even more foul mood than usual, but before he could take it out on Billy, the Smoking Gunn leaped to his corner and made the tag to Randy Savage!!! Savage and Borga break out into a full brawl, Borga throws Savage into the corner and charges but runs right into Savage's feet!! Savage goes to the top rope and comes off with a flying ax handle!! Cover, but Borga kicks out right at 2!! Savage tries to whip Borga into the ropes, but Borga reverses and almost takes Savage's head off with a running clothesline!!! Borga then tags out to Yokozuna!!! The WWF Champion grabs Savage and works him over with nerve holds!!! Savage fights to his feet and breaks away from Yoko, he runs the ropes but Yoko catches him with big Samoan Drop!!! Yoko covers but Savage somehow kicks out!!! Yoko pulls Savage up and tags out to Borga, Borga works Savage over on the mat after slamming him down hard. Tilt a whirl suplex gets a two count, vertical suplex gets a two count, spinebuster gets a two, Savage refuses to stay down!!! Borga tries for a piledriver, but Savage backdrops out of it!!!
Savage then clotheslines Borga out of the ring!!! Not allowing Borga a chance to catch his breath Savage climbs to the top turnbuckle and comes down on Borga on the floor with a double ax handle!!!! Savage rolls Borga back into the ring and heads back to the top again!!! Savage throws his arms in the air than soars off with a flying elbow drop!!!! Savage eliminates Borga!!!! Borga is pissed!!!! He is refusing to leave the ringside area!!! He grabs a chair from out from under Howard Finkel, officials cut him off from getting back into the ring, Savage turns his attention to Yokozuna who has climbed into the ring, Borga breaks free from the officials and bashes Savage in the back with the steel chair!! Savage falls right into Yokozuna's arms who crushes him with a Belly to Belly Suplex!!! Officials are pulled Borga to the back as Yoko covers Savage and eliminates him!!!! Savage has to be helped from the ring.
We are down to Undertaker and The Smoking Gunns on one side, 1/2 of the WWF Tag Team Champions Quebecer Jacques and WWF Champion Yokozuna on the other!!! Bart is in the ring, and takes the fight to Yokozuna, but is really no match for the WWF Champion, Jacques wants to finish Bart off and gets tagged in. Jacques spends too much time showboating and ends up rolled up by Bart and pinned!!! With Jacques eliminated the WWF Champion has to go it alone!! Yoko is in the ring and battling Bart, the cowboy gives it all he's got, but he is once again overwhelmed by the WWF Champion and gets pinned after a leg drop. Billy Gunn jumps in the ring next and gives Yoko a fight, but after missing a leaping splash in the corner, Yoko smothers Billy with a belly to belly suplex and pins him as well, leaving us down to Undertaker and Yokozuna!!!
Perfect points out Yoko isn't backing down to Undertaker, so all this talk that he is scared of Taker is a bunch of junk!! Vince isn't so sure. Taker climbs into the ring and the two men go face to face, Yoko isn't backing down, but neither is Undertaker!!! They start brawling, neither man seems to be getting the better of the other until Taker hits a flying clothesline, he attempts the rope walk but Yoko pulls him down off the rope!!!! Yoko throws Taker into the corner and crushes him with a running splash!!!! Taker crashes to the mat, Yoko put Taker in place and then hits the Banzai Drop!!!! That's got to be it!!! Yokozuna doesn't cover right away instead he walks to the center of the ring and raises his arms in the air!!! Cornette is celebrating as well outside of the ring, that is UNTIL THE UNDERTAKER SITS UP!!!!!!
Cornette loses it!!!! He is screaming a Yoko to turn around, when Yoko does, he can't believe his eyes!!! Taker is sitting up looking at him!!! Yoko stumbles backward and falls on his ass!!! Taker rises to his feet as Yoko rolls out of the ring!!! Taker is standing staring at Yoko, Cornette runs to Yoko's side, Yok isn't having it, Taker gets tired of waiting for Yoko, takes off running a leaps over the top rope onto the WWF Champion and Jim Cornette!!!! Taker rolls Yoko back into the ring, Cornette hits Taker in the back with the tennis racket, but Taker no sells it!!! He turns around and blasts Cornette with a punch that knocks the loud mouth from Louisville out cold!!! Taker climbs back in the ring, but Yoko is waiting for him!! Yoko blasts Taker with punches and then a head butt that knocks him down!! Yoko works Taker over with nerve holds, he then attempts a leg drop but Taker moves!!! Yoko staggers to his feet, Taker peppers him with punches, he whips Yoko into the ropes and connects with a big boot!!! Taker makes a throat slash motion!!!! Yoko slowly gets to his feet!!! Taker grabs Yoko by the throat, and chokeslams him!! (Well, as much of a chokeslam as Yoko can jump up for) Taker covers and gets the three count!!
Taker has pinned the WWF Champion in the center of the ring to win this Elimination Match!!!! Paul Bearer is quickly in the ring with the urn, Taker's music starts to play and he poses in the ring, Vince thanks everyone for watching and wishes us all a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
