Those 6-man tag main events would've been AWESOME. Fierce, ferocious fights to the finish in each of 'em, I'm sure.
Great to see the continued success for Haku here. Same goes for Norton, who (with Goto) somehow steamrolled past the Musketeers. I would've picked that one to go the other way, if anything. Nice results & outcomes that really drive home the competitive edge & unpredictable aspect of your tourneys.
Hase got to showcase his skills and defeat some quality players, en route to his big title quest. Solid handling of that story through those encounters.
Heck. Yes. Strong Destruction are roaring loud & rolling strong. Ya just know I'm all on board for that, man. Talk about some HUGE wins for them on these cards. They put away the Raisers and then Goto & Norton - fresh off their dismantling of Chono & Mutoh. Stoked to see two of my dark horse faves doing so darn well. Even though they're not likely to take the tourney or complete the turnaround, success is success.
Minor issue, I know, but... Was this meant to be Koji going over, or was Jun supposed to be in the match with the Machine instead?
