From ringside ...
Tony Schiavone: WCW Nitro is on the air! 2 hours of the hottest wrestling action set to come your way live from Florence, South Carolina as all roads lead to Halloween Havoc in 5 weeks time! I'm Tony Schiavone and I'm joined right now by The Living Legend Larry Zbyszko as we get set for hour #1, Eric Bischoff and Bobby The Brain Heenan to join us in later in hour #2. Legend, last week we found out it would be Sting challenging Big Van Vader for the WCW Heavyweight title, but not only that. Also J.J. Dillon making a couple announcements about tonight. He gave Hulk Hogan 1 week to give an answer and that 1 week ends tonight, and not only that but also Ravishing Rick Rude will find out his next opponent tonight.
Larry Zbyszko: And 1 can only hope that when he was looking over possibilities, he gave me a good look. I can guarantee you that most of that locker room wants that opportunity. Not only is he the current World champion, but a lot of men back there have issue with him. As far as Hulk Hogan goes, if he has answered yet, we certainly don't know about it. WCW has been on lock down when it comes to that subject, but we get our answer tonight.
Tony Schiavone: And not only that because if you want action, we have it for you tonight. Main event, rematch from 2 weeks ago when we saw the title change, Sid Vicious now in the challenger role as he looks to regain the U.S. title from the Ice Train. Also last week, Cactus Jack challenging Sid to a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal match for Halloween Havoc. Could we hear a response to that tonight as well?
Larry Zbyszko: I don't think you'd ever confuse Sid Vicious as an expert in the game of human chess, he's more the type to take the board and just flip it over and use it to smack you upside the head with it. Ice Train has so far had his number, defeating him first to win the WCW Strongest Arm tournament and then the U.S. title in the ring, but he did that with help. This time Sid's mind might be elsewhere with Cactus Jack's challenge, but let's face it, his mind is always elsewhere. That's how Sid operates. We could see a title change, but if we don't, it may cement Ice Train's status and less than 4 months into the game.
Tony Schiavone: Also tonight, Road Warrior Hawk to take on Ron Simmons after what we saw last week. A couple of tag team rematches from the Fall Brawl PPV, this time with direct implications on the WCW Tag Team title picture. We'll hear from Ric Flair following his loss last week to Sting, as well as Sting himself. Big Van Vader is here. Right now though we want to bring in our first guest tonight ...
... the commissioner of the WCW, Mr. James J Dillon, and let's just cut to the chase. Get to what everybody is wondering and what everybody wants to know. Last week, you gave Hulk Hogan 1 week to answer you. Have you heard from him or somebody representing him yet, and if so when?
J.J. Dillon: Unfortunately, I have yet to get any response from Mr. Hogan or a representative. But the night is young Tony and we still have a couple hours to go. Hopefully by the end of the night, we will have some idea because like I said, if there is no word, that's it. The open door will close and the match with Sting and Hogan that everybody wants, Hogan himself included, I'm going to have to take it off the table. Sting has a big match himself at Halloween Havoc, he has more important matters right now. We really don't need the distraction to our competitors of wrestlers that aren't even under contract to us.
Tony Schiavone: What happens then if he does show up tonight?
J.J. Dillon: If Hulk Hogan does show up tonight, then we deal with it. I'd like to think this could be done through the normal channels, but this is after all the guy that rode his Harley into Nitro 3 weeks ago and walked into the ring during a match to say his piece. I don't really know what he'd do tonight, I just hope he doesn't do that to anything we have scheduled here because ...
Tony Schiavone: Hold on J.J., we have another guest here. Sting has joined us, and have to wonder what his opinion is on all of this since we haven't heard it yet.
Sting: You want my opinion on this Hulk Hogan business? Now that I've got my title shot at Vader, my rematch, I'm just supposed to drop that and turn my attention to Hulk Hogan? Tony, that's not my focus right now. Why I'm here is to tell you something J.J. I don't want to have to address this again because Vader's 450 pounds, he's a mad man, and if I'm not 100% focused going into the Halloween Havoc, it's gonna be trouble for me. So what I've got to say about this Hogan business is that if he shows up tonight and if he wants a piece of the Stinger, you send him my way! I don't see any reason to wait, I wanna get this done tonight!
J.J. Dillon: Wait. So you're saying that if Hulk Hogan does show up tonight, you want him in that ring?
Sting: That's exactly what I'm saying. It's the match that these fans want, isn't it? I got Vader in 5 weeks and a chance to regain the WCW title, the last thing I need is Hogan showing up then and getting in my business on that night. So what I'm saying is tonight, Hogan shows up, he wants the match right? These fans want to see it. You sign it J.J. You sign it for right here in Florence and we'll see what Hulk Hogan and those guys are really all about, got it?
J.J. Dillon: Hey, I'll do my best.
Tony Schiavone: Alright, and wouldn't that be something. Sting and Hulk Hogan, tonight?! You just heard it, and we could see it. Right now though, let's go up to David Penzer and our opening match of the night.

A rematch from Fall Brawl, this match holds big implications for the winner. 2 Cold Scorpio and Marcus Bagwell defeated Bobby Eaton and Chris Benoit at the PPV, followed by a rematch in a 6 man tag team match on Saturday Night 2 nights ago that saw Eaton and Benoit get some revenge and take a win back. This match marks a rubber match of sorts, and the winner will move on to Saturday Night this coming weekend to face the winner of the match later on tonight with The Nasty Boys against The Hollywood Blonds. Should be an action packed opener if their near 20 minute Fall Brawl match is any indication. The match does not get quite as much time as the PPV, going closer to 10 minutes, but still fast paced. The end of the match sees Bagwell going for the fisherman's suplex on Eaton, getting a 2 count when Benoit interrupts the count. Scorpio comes in and it is a donnybrook with all 4 going at it. Scorpio manages to get Eaton out, but he is the legal man. The referee goes to get Scorpio back to the outside as Bagwell goes to the ropes to grab Eaton, only to get kneed from behind by Benoit. Eaton quickly gets to the top rope as Benoit positions Bagwell, and Eaton comes off with the knee to the chest. He covers as Benoit cuts off Scorpio from breaking up the count and they grab the 3 for the win. Eaton and Benoit win and advance forward to Saturday Night where they will take on the winners of the match later tonight for a chance to become #1 contender to Ric Flair and Arn Anderson.
-- First commercial break --
Tony Schiavone: We are back, and Legend, Bobby Eaton and Chris Benoit are now 1 step closer to getting a chance at Ric Flair and Arn Anderson. They will face the winners of the match that is coming up in hour #2 with The Nasty Boys and The Hollywood Blonds. Also still to come tonight, Ice Train and Sid Vicious, Road Warrior Hawk and Ron Simmons, plus we find out who is the next man in line to take on Ravishing Rick Rude.
Larry Zbyszko: I like that J.J.'s making Rude sweat a little with this. He could have easily told him at the top of the hour, could've told him last week maybe even, but he's making him wait. That's what Rude deserves for everything he's done around here the last few months. He's a sick man and I hope he gets what he has coming to him come Halloween Havoc.
Tony Schiavone: Also tonight, still no sign yet, Hulk Hogan Legend. Will he show or won't he? The clock is ticking.
Larry Zbyszko: Time is of the essence for Hulk Hogan. I don't know if he's watching, if he's here, or if he's hit the highway on that Harley to get here as fast as he can. WCW wants an answer tonight, or guess what? He can back to the politics he left behind. Big fish in a small pond just makes it easier to catch if you ask me.
Tony Schiavone: Alright, and right now we want to welcome somebody ...
... The Studd as he is known now. Formerly The Diamond Studd, and this marks our first chance to get a word with you since Diamond Dallas Page turned his back on you a little over a week ago.
The Studd: Yeah, tha's right. DDP, you and me mang? We got ourselves some problemos, you understand? Nobody does, what chu did, to me. It don't work like that with The Studd. So what I wanna know chico, what I wanna know, next week mang? You, and me! In that ring. I want a match, with you. You wanna give me The Diamond Cutter? You wanna turn your back on me? No, that ain't how it's going down. Next week, chu pay.
Larry Zbyszko: Hold on here. What makes you think Page is going to accept? He seems a little weasely to me. Likely to avoid you at all costs.
The Studd: Hey, tha's cool mang. That how he wanna do it? Then I'll just, have, to, find him. So chu can mee' me in the ring chico? Or I can meet chu, any time, any place. Only thing is, I decide the place. So whachu say mang? Next week, Nitro, le's do it!
Tony Schiavone: Alright, challenge thrown down by The Studd and we'll see if anything comes of it tonight, and if not, we might see it anyway next week going down in the back. Let's send it back up to David Penzer for the next match.

Rematch from last week when these 2 made an impressive debut. Impressive enough at least that tonight they are getting a second chance to wow. The Lightning Kid defeated Jerry Lynn in an action packed match, and looks to repeat tonight, although Lynn only narrowly missed the victory and could easily even the score tonight. On Saturday Night over the weekend, Brad Armstrong had words about their performance, seemingly not impressed with what he saw. We will see if he grades this performance by the 2 as well. The match gets started with Lynn getting Kid into a sideheadlock out of the lockup before Kid sends Lynn into the ropes. Kid drops down, gets up, leapfrogs, and then goes for a spinning heel kick but Lynn just slaps it away. As Kid lands, Lynn kicks him in the gut. He turns and jumps into the ropes, springboarding back with a back elbow to Kid that he gets out of the way of. Lynn rolls back to his feet as Kid runs to the ropes and heads right back into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Lynn covers and grabs a 2. Lynn picks Kid up and grabs Kid in a front facelock before running to the corner for a springboard DDT, but instead gets thrown out onto the floor. With Lynn down, Kid heads up to the top rope and comes off with a somersault into a plancha. Both are down as fans applaud the quick pace, and not only the fans but so too is ...
... Brad Armstrong as he walks down the aisle to get a closer look at the action. Kid gets up first and rolls Lynn in before taking exception to Armstrong's presence. He just claps his hand, almost in a mocking way according to the commentators, but this gives Kid enough of a distraction that when he turns to head in, he instead meets Lynn diving out between the ropes onto him. Lynn gets up and like Kid tells Armstrong to just leave. He then turns to get Kid up, at which point Armstrong steps in to help Kid to his feet, only to get shoved away by Lynn. The referee now is telling Armstrong to leave and he just throws up his hands and says fine. Lynn gets back in and waits for Kid, who steps in and gets past Lynn, hitting the ropes to bounce off and come back with a spinning heel kick that puts Lynn down. They get up and Kid delivers a series of kicks to the side before Lynn catches the last 1. Kid then goes for an enziguri as Lynn holds his leg, but Lynn ducks and Kid lands face first on the mat. Lynn goes down into a side headlock on the mat. Kid rolls him back into a 2 count, although Lynn shifts his body weight to get back to the seated position. Still watching is Armstrong as Zbyszko thinks he should get out of there. Kid brings him to his feet and shoves Lynn off and goes for a back body drop, but Lynn gets up and over into a sleeper on Kid instead. Kid reaches for any rope possible, quickly instead just diving forward and sending Lynn face first into a middle turnbuckle. Kid goes up to the top rope as Lynn is getting up for a moonsault, but ends up getting caught when Lynn gets to the ropes to cause him to lose his balance. With Kid back first, Lynn pulls him back and scoops him off the top into a tombstone position. Lynn drops him and covers, picking up the 3 count. Armstrong returns to the ring, leaving Lynn little time to celebrate his evening up the score. Armstrong applauds the victory and steps in after the referee raises his arm in victory, and raises it himself. Lynn seems put off by this. Kid is getting up and Armstrong helps him back to his feet. Armstrong then raises both their arms in the air, steps back and applauds before leaving the ring. Kid and Lynn do not seem to know what to make of that display after his comments on Saturday Night, and neither do the commentators for that matter. Armstrong says to the camera as he is walking away "Now that was wrestling!" before a cut to commercial.
-- Second commercial break --
Tony Schiavone: Welcome back. A lot of fast paced action leading us off here tonight. 1 man not here though is Ken Shamrock. It was as everybody knows just 8 days ago that he was challenging Lord Steven Regal for the TV title, and now he is injured courtesy of that attack, and we don't know if we'll ever even see him again here.
Larry Zbyszko: And isn't that typical of Lord Steven. First Ken Shamrock, then the Superstar Bill Dundee. Him and his new protege are proving to be quite the pair, but I hope somebody steps up to the plate soon to give him the beating he deserves. If there's 1 thing I hate more than a smug Englishman and a smug Frenchman, it's a smug Englishman and a smug Frenchman with championship gold. Somebody needs to change the channel on that TV title, and soon.
Tony Schiavone: I don't know if anybody wants to take that initiative given what has happened with ...
Larry Zbyszko: Oh, great. To what do we owe this pleasant surprise?
Steven Regal: I couldn't help but overhear discussion about this Ken Shamrock fellow, and I have to say, I'm appalled that you 2 are still wasting your breath on him. Myself and Jean Paul Levesque gave him such a beating at the Fall Brawl, he will never be setting foot here in WCW again. The same goes for William Dundee. Both of them are gone. I think it's time you stop talking about them and start talking about us. This right here, this man is the future of wrestling. And with him by my side, I see no stopping me towards my ultimate goal of becoming the WCW Heavyweight champion.
Larry Zbyszko: You? Look pal, I don't know what they put in your tea over there across the Atlantic, but you might grease your way into holding that TV title as long as you have, but that's it. If you think there's any way somebody like you is ever holding anything more, you're dreaming. In fact, I can't wait for the day that somebody takes that belt from your waist and I get to see that smug look wiped from your face.
Steven Regal: Is that right? Listen here sunshine, I'm not the TV champion by accident. I don't sit out here spewing words that I can't back up. Unlike some, I go into that ring week in, week out, and I put up a fight. Whether or not you care for how I win my matches, shouldn't be of your concern, you-
Jean Paul Levesque (faux French accent as usual): Calm yourself your Lordship, calm yourself. Monsieur Zbyszko, I am not quite sure what your issue is out here, but I would suggest sitting down and taking a seat. There's 2 of us and 1 of you, and unless you want to join Ken Shamrock and William Dundee, it would be in your best interest to listen to me. I want you to watch what I do later on tonight to the brothers Cole, and if you want to talk cheating, look no further than what they did a week ago. Consider yourself lucky Monsieur Zbyszko because next time, we won't be as passive.
The 2 leave with Zbyszko's feathers noticeably ruffled by that encounter.
Tony Schiavone: Alright, and on that note, right now, back to the ring as we send it up to David Penzer for the introductions.

Since debuting 8 days ago, Yoshi Kwan has not only left everybody laying put before him, but both have been sent to the shelf. Van Hammer may never wrestle in WCW again after Kwan's nerve hold, while Johnny Gunn spent last Monday overnight in the hospital and has yet to be cleared to return to action. The Sleeping Dragon is the culprit. Tonight The Z Man looks to try and stop Kwan's path of destruction, but that will be easier said than done. As is the usual norm now, Harley Race leads the mysterious man from Hong Kong out. Larry Zbyszko thinks that maybe Kwan's job is a setup man for Big Van Vader, in which case Sting had better watch out. Tony Schiavone backs that theory up because at this rate, it should not be much longer before Kwan has competition on that level. Tonight against The Z Man will test to see if he is the real deal or not. The match starts out with Race distracting Zenk and Kwan jumping him from behind. Zenk manages to get some offense and even gets a 2 count on Kwan after a dropkick, but the tide turns when Kwan catches him in the throat with a knife edge chop. Kwan delivers a superkick that probably could have been enough in itself to win, but instead he wants to use the Sleeping Dragon, a message to the locker room according to Zbyszko, 1 of fear. Kwan puts Zenk away with the hold as the referee calls for the bell. Kwan releases as Race heads inside, but before leaving, he tells him to reapply the move. No call for this, but Kwan puts Zenk back into the Sleeping Dragon while Race laughs. Kwan releases and gives a menacing look to the crowd. The commentators wonder who, if anybody, will be able to stop this man?
-- Third commercial break --
Back from break, and Harley Race is not only still in the ring, but Big Van Vader has joined him in the place of Yoshi Kwan. Race has a mic in hand.
Harley Race: I am out here right now to address a problem that you the fans and you the commentators have perpetrated here in WCW. I want to set the record straight, and that is in regards to The Masters of The Power Bomb. You Tony Schiavone and you Larry Zbyszko, you and the rest want to fill the heads of these fans with lies and build tension. Making a problem where there isn't 1. So what I want to do right now is ask Sid Vicious to come to the ring and stand side by side with this man right here, the WCW champion Big Van Vader!
They wait a bit with the commentators discussing the ramifications of this as we could see them come to blows tonight! Suddenly the music hits ...
Out walks Sid Vicious! He seems to have a confused look on his face, but quickly starts maniacally laughing just for the hell of it, walking past fans and suddenly getting straight faced to tell them that he is the master and the ruler of the world. Sid hops to the apron and steps in over the top rope, keeping a distance from Vader and Race, awaiting to hear what is about to be said.
Harley Race: Now, as you can all see, here stands Sid Vicious. In the same ring as this man, the WCW champion Big Van Vader. Together, they are and forever will be The Masters of The Power Bomb! The rulers of WCW! Sting, you won last week but if you want to get to Vader, this man stands in your way. Sid is the guardian to the gates of hell that is a match with the man known as Vader! He is-
Sid interrupts by telling Race to stop and calls into the ring Tony Schiavone.
Tony Schiavone (over commentary): Me?
Larry Zbyszko (over commentary): I'm not going in there, I can assure you of that.
Schiavone gets up and enters the ring, seemingly only to hold a microphone for Sid to speak.
Sid Vicious: Guardian? You call ME a guardian? Sting is not MY problem old man! Sting is HIS problem! Because we walk that aisle means nothing to where you and me stand because 1 day, I will be coming after that belt you hold so dearly. I will be coming for what I deserve! All I do by walking at your side is protect my interest. I don't care though quite frankly if I have to go through you, if I have to go through Sting, but whoever leaves the Halloween Havoc with that title, you'd better be prepared because I will be waiting. Waiting and watching. Watching and waiting. Tonight, I regain my U.S. title from the Ice Train, and then at Halloween Havoc, Cactus Jack, you want to challenge me?! You want to get in MY face?! Spin that wheel little man, because whatever it lands on, you will be going right back to where you came from because I am the master, and I am the ruler of the world!
Vader has Race hold the mic up so he can speak.
Big Van Vader: Hey! If you want this right here (holding up the title), there ain't nothing between us right now. We don't have to wait to do this! Come on Sid! Step up! Step up, to Vader, hahaha. STEP UP!
The crowd cheers as Sid looks out to them ready for the fight before Race interrupts them.
Harley Race: NO! No, this is not how it's happening! I hate to disappoint all of you but this match is not happening! Not tonight, not any night! The Masters of The Power Bomb must stand united! Sid, if you want that U.S. title, you are going to need this man's help! You couldn't beat Ice Train before, you can't beat him now. And if you lose tonight, you can consider yourself at the bottom of the list. You'll have to work your way back up to the top. I think what you need Sid is guidance! You need leadership! Leadership like I've given to Vader!
Sid Vicious: Let me tell you something old man, there ain't no way I need your leadership or guidance and if I even see your name on a contract I sign, you'd better be ready to get chokeslammed straight to hell!
Harley Race: Listen to me! I've went out and I've found you a manager. A manager that can watch over you, guide you, make decisions that you don't know how to. Decisions that lead to a match with you and Vader, for this right here. That's right Sid, if you want the match, you're not going to get it with your reckless behavior. You need discipline like Vader has. That's why he's the WCW champion, and it's why you're not! It's why you lost to Ice Train 2 weeks ago, but it's why you can regain your title tonight! Col. Parker, please join us!
Some fans start booing as from the back emerges a man in a white suit looking like the second coming of Col. Sanders from KFC or something. He enters the ring and stands there while Sid seems extremely unimpressed by him.
Harley Race: This is Col. Robert Parker. He is a man that knows how to make the tough decisions. He is a man that knows the in's and out's of the wrestling business. And he is the man that can guide you to the top of WCW.
Sid Vicious: Why the hell should I trust you? And if you take 1 step closer to me (referring to Parker), I swear that you'll find out why I am the master of the power bomb first hand!
Col. Robert Parker: Now hold on here Sid. Sid Vicious, allow me to personally introduce myself here. My name's Col. Robert Parker see, and I'm gonna tell you something out here right now. You can be WCW champion see. You can become at the top where you want to be, but you ain't gonna get there with this here attitude now. What you need is somebody like me see, and you need me in your corner because I will make the right decisions that bring you to the top there. Last week on Nitro, it was Sting and it was Ric Flair. You wasn't nowhere in that mix, and I'm gonna tell you why right now see. The week before, you lost that there U.S. title to this Ice Train fella, and that ain't how you get to the top. All I need is 30 days and I will get you to the top of WCW see. It will be yourself and Vader, everybody else wiped out. Work together to eliminate the competition, and work together to get to the match that all these here fans want to see, ya understand? Sid Vicious against Big Van Vader. What do you say?
Sid seems to think about it.
Sid Vicious: What do I say? I say you'd better get the hell out of my face right now! You ain't my manager yet little man, but I'll give you your 30 days. I'll give you 30 days and if I'm not set up as the next man to challenge for this title, you can consider your stay in WCW a very short 1 because I will send you on a 1 way ticket back to whatever southern drawl you crawled out of. And as for you Race, and you Vader, you just make sure that you survive Sting at the Halloween Havoc, and once I get finished with Cactus Jack in the Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal, it's you and me and it's what it's meant to be!
Col. Robert Parker: Now hold on there 1 second Sid, hold on there. As your new manager, I think it's in your best interest here, to not accept that challenge from that there Cactus Jack fellow. He's unstable Sid, he's not right in the head, ya understand what I'm saying to you? If you want Big Van Vader, you focus tonight on the match with Ice Train and regaining the U.S. title, and you forget about Cactus Jack and Halloween Havoc. That's you listening to what these here fans want, and these here fans aren't the ones that'll be making that there decision about who gets the next shot at the WCW title.
Sid Vicious: Let me tell you something. You don't ever tell me what to do! I do what I want, when I want to do it! And tonight, after I get through with Ice Train, I want you getting that match signed. I don't care about what you think works best because I'll beat Sting! I'll beat Flair! I'll beat anybody lined up and put before me, but that includes Cactus Jack and a match at Halloween Havoc. I want the match done by next week or else you are history!
Col. Robert Parker: Well we'll talk about that after the match tonight. Now I think the best way to seal a deal is with a handshake, so put 'er there now and we can move forward.
Fans boo as Sid looks at the hand before shaking it, seemingly with doubt.
Harley Race: Hold on Sid, hold on. That's all well and good but I want you to shake his (Vader) hand! Shake Vader's hand!
Sid is very reluctant on this but steps closer to Vader and the champion gives a hand. Sid has second thoughts while Vader yells for Sid to "shake my fucking hand man!" further proving the dangers of live TV and the need for a 7 second delay on this show. Sid eventually shakes it but not before the 2 end up face to face. Fans want to see it, Sid, Vader, but the match is a long way away from being any sort of guarantee right now with both men having roadblocks to get through. For Sid, 1 is tonight as he looks to regain the U.S. title later on in the main event.

With hour #2 closing in, Kent Cole looks to close out hour #1 by repeating the success of his brother from last week. Success in the form of switching places since technically Kent got the pin over Scotty Flamingo in singles action. Brother Keith is out by his side. His opponent tonight is the recently returned Jean Paul Levesque, accompanied by Lord Steven Regal, who himself last week disposed of Superstar Bill Dundee and sent him out of WCW and back to the minor leagues. Before the match begins, both Keith Cole and Lord Steven Regal are ordered away from ringside by the referee. None of what happened last week, but this is on both accounts since Regal is prone to interference himself. Keith Cole starts heading away but Regal initially protests. The Living Legend however takes a stand and gets up from the ringside commentary and tells Regal to leave. The TV champion reluctantly heads away and the match gets started. Since this is not a pre-taped Center Stage match, getting any reaction is tricky given the more unknown nature of both men. Levesque manages to get himself some heat with an arrogant bow to the fans after downing Cole, who himself gets a pop when he responds with an armdrag takedown out of a lockup. The match only goes a few minutes with 9pm closing in when from out of nowhere comes ...
Brutus Beefcake?!? The commentators do not know what to make of this and do not even speak of him by name, but acknowledge his close friendship to Hulk Hogan and the similar nature in how Beefcake is showing up right now and how Hogan showed up 3 weeks ago. Levesque has Cole down as Beefcake goes up the steps and walks in. Levesque backs down and exits while Beefcake stands by while Cole gets up. Beefcake pats him on the back and shakes his hand, but when he turns around Beefcake knees him in the back and out to the floor. The bell rings with what is likely a DQ or no contest, but no official decision is announced, because let's face it, who cares who won right now? Beefcake is in the ring as the commentators wonder what the hell this is about. Beefcake heads out to the floor, grabs a chair and throws it in under the bottom rope. After re-entering, Beefcake sets up the chair and takes a seat as the fans cheer. The commentators say they have to take a break with hour #2 kicking off when they come back.
