The of the 30 minute television wrestling program returns!
Kick Ass Wrestling
Live from the WLMT-TV 30 Studios
6/10/1992
1 am
Memphis, Tennessee
We have some generic theme music with cheesy graphics of the Kick Ass logo exploding onto the screen. As that all goes away, we are inside a television studio with ...
the USWA's Corey Maclin?
A yawning Maclin stands in the studio that looks somewhat like the USWA's set-up before the camera takes a swing through the audience on two sides of the ring. A noticeable difference between the two promotions being the lack of children here ... it is 1 in the morning afterall.
Corey Maclin: "Welcome rasslin' fans to ... Kick ... uhm ... welcome to the KAW!
The fans make a lot of noise as Kevin Lawler and Jamie Dundee saunter out to Maclin. Both wear the same thing, waiting for the cheers to die down.
Corey Maclin: "Jamie Dundee ... Kevin Christopher ... the fans welcome you both ...
Kevin cuts him off with a stare.
Kevin Lawler: "Let's get it right, Corey. You know ... I know ... and everyone in Memphis knows, my name is LAWLER ... KEVIN LAWLER!
Corey Maclin: "Come on now, Kevin ..."
The smiling Jamie Dundee steps up and slaps Macklin on the shoulder.
Jamie Dundee: "Corey Macklin what are you doing here at 1 in the morning ... looks to me like moonlighting."
Corey Maclin: "It will be tough in church in the morning."
Jamie Dundee: "Step back, Corey Maclin and let us do the talking for you. Kick Wrestling ... say it with me, Corey ... Kick Wrestling! This is KICK WRESTLING!"
Corey Maclin: "Oh come on, Jamie ..."
Jamie Dundee: "Say it with me, Corey ... KICK WRESTLING!"
Corey Maclin: "Kick ... KAW, Jamie. What else do you two have to say? Lawler and Dundee, are two of the biggest names in Memphis wrestling ..."
Jamie Dundee: "Hold on just one second, Corey Maclin, you've got two of the best but those aren't the only names of Memphis rasslin'. It gets better ... JC come'on out here!"
There's a howl of laughter when the young bespeckled wrestler stumbles out from the back before making his way to the others.
Jamie Dundee: "Let me introduce you to JC Fargo ... JC, take it away!"
The young man starts doing the Fargo strut that quickly turns the laughter to cheers.
Jamie Dundee: "There it is Corey, right there ... the KICK ICONS ARE HERE TO STAY!"
Maclin takes it to a commercial as Lawler, Dundee and Fargo do the Fargo strut!

We come back and Corey Maclin takes us right into our first match of the evening or in this case, early morning ...
Reggie B. Fine versus Chris Frazier
After an initial bit of offense from Frazier, Reggie B. cries for a clean break but does not do the same, resorting to heelish eye gouging and repeated punches before putting his opponent away. Throughout, Reggie B. jaws with the fans, asking if they've seen Izzy and his rat friend who stole his coat! The end comes off a big boot to the face and an elbow drop for the pin around six and a half minutes in.
Heading into a commercial break, Reggie B. delivering a big boot to Chris Frazier's mush plays in slow motion.

We come back from the break with Reggie B. having joined Corey Maclin.
Reggie B. Fine: "Corey Maclin, what are you doin' up in hyare? Maybe you can put in a good word for me over in the US dubbya A when you get back? They's be liyas and thieves all up in hyare."
Corey Maclin: "Come on now, Reggie what are you talkin' about?"
Reggie B. Fine: "You know what I'm talkin' bout. That Izzy and his rat stole my fur coat. I want my mable coat back. Thas' a lot of money."
Corey Maclin: "Mable? What's a mable coat?"
Reggie B. Fine: "These people know what I'm talkin' bout. It's a mable ... little beady-eyed rat."
Corey Maclin: "Knowing you Reggie, your coat is made of rats but I think you're talking about sable. Now, why would Izzy steal your coat? What did you do?"
Reggie B. Fine: "Me? I didn't do nothin' ... all I did was tell his girl to come work for me. In my stable, she'd make me some money ..."
Corey Maclin: "Come on now, Reggie. You're lucky that's all they did."
As Reggie slinks off, an excited Bert Prentice joins Corey on set.
Corey Maclin: "Welcome to the program, Bert."
Bert Prentice: "Corey Maclin, let me welcome you to the KAW! I am excited and how could I not be? We've got Lawler, Dundee and Fargo! Kick Wrestling has the Kick Icons! Now, I have to get out of here and pick up a welcoming gift!
Corey Maclin: "Okay ... speaking of the KAW Icons ... lets go to the ring!
Jamie Dundee w/Kevin Lawler versus Todd Morton
A handshake starts off the match into dueling side headlocks. Some old fashioned southern rasslin' at its finest with neither man gaining the advantage for long. Three or so minutes in and time for a commercial break!
Heading into the break, Big Sid's angry face pops on the screen with a graphic noting that Sid's coming to Memphis and the KAW!
-- WLMT-TV 30 commercials advertising the upcoming Gunsmoke marathon --
The match is back in progress and the two are criss-crossing the ring. Dundee comes out of it with a hip toss but misses the follow drop kick. Morton is back up quickly and ready for action when Reno Riggins and Steve Doll of the Tennessee Volunteers have come out to ringside. An exchange of words gives Dundee time to recover and the two go at it again. Some high risk moves lead to near pinfalls. With Morton rolling through a flying crossbody, he's got a solid hold on Dundee ...

NOOOOOOOO!!!!! STEVE DOLL DISTRACTS REFEREE AL HALL TO BREAK THE COUNT!

The two yuck it up while Todd Morton complains to Hall that he had the match, forgetting all about Jamie Dundee! Kevin Lawler gets after a Dundee to continue ... INSIDE CRADLE!
