Kick Ass Wrestling
Live from the WLMT-TV 30 Studios
7/29/1992
1 am
Memphis, Tennessee
It's generic, it's cheesy ... IT'S THE KICK ASS WRESTLING LOGO EXPLODING ONTO THE SCREEN. As that all goes away, we are inside a television studio with host David Jett.
David Jett: "Good morning wrestling fans and welcome to Kick Wrestling. We are just hours removed from the big show from the Elma Roane Fieldhouse on the University of Memphis Campus. Lots of great action to discuss as well as two big matches ..."
Jett stops as the Tennessee Volunteers, Steven Doll and Reno Riggins march out from the back to a rousing round of jeers from the audience.
David Jett: "We've got ..."
Steve Doll: "Great action to discuss? David Jett, I hope that you're going to refer to the robbery that took place last night that put the title belts around the waists of two men who only won the match thanks to Todd Morton and that hussy, Missy Hyatt. We've already lodged our complaint with Bert Prentice."
David Jett: 'Are you asking for a rematch for the tag titles?"
Steve Doll: "First things, first Jett! You tell'em Reno ..."
Reno Riggins: "It's like this, Jett ... what goes around comes around and one of these days, we'll be only all too happy to take those belts off the pretenders, so Body and Studd, don't get too used to having them belts BUT right now, the Tennessee Vols have a little business to take care of first ... Todd Morton, last night night, you stuck your nose into someplace it didn't belong ... and you know what they say about paybacks ..."
Steve Doll: "Morton ... Fulton ... lace'em up real tight because the Tennessee Volunteers have you in their sights!"
Doll and Riggins march off to more booing as they threaten the fans.
David Jett: "There you have it fans, the Tennessee Volunteers with some strong words for Todd Morton and Jackie Fulton but right now, time for a commercial break and when we return, our first match of the evening!"

We come back and Jett sends us to the ring for our first match.
Ken Timbs versus Rainbow Brown
The wrestling vet minus his man Ben Jordan is all smiles as he greets his fans on the way to the ring. A handshake between the two and the match is underway. Timbs takes it to the mat, showing off his amateur background, rolling Brown to his back for a two count. Brown comes back, showing a little of his own work which almost proves costly as Timbs is able to counter and again put Brown in trouble. Back on their feet, Timbs continues to wear away at Brown, smacking him with a big back elbow off the ropes that leads to a scoop slam and an elbow drop off the middle ropes for the victory.
After the match, Timbs joins David Jett at ringside.
David Jett: "Congratulations are in order for your win tonight but also for Ben Jordan's victory over Apolo Dantes last night. Where is Ben this evening?
Timbs scratches his head and looks a bit uncomfortable.
Ken Timbs: "Ben's a great kid and I think is going places ..."
David Jett: "Under your tutelage ..."
Ken Timbs: "Ben's done everything I asked of him and is a quick study. Like I said, I think he's going places but now he's gotta make that journey on his own."
David Jett: "Have the two of you parted ways?"
Ken Timbs: "It's time for Ben to stand on his own two feet and me to move on to my next project."
Running out from the back an angry looking Ben Jordan.
Ben Jordan: "Now hold on ... time for me to stand on my own two feet? I was doing just fine before you approached me preaching about titles and how I was going places and you cut me loose just like that? You tell everyone here before you tell me what's going ... what is going on, Ken? Who are you taking on now?
Ken Timbs: "You're a good kid ..."
Timbs offers his hand and Jordan just looks at it.
Ben Jordan: "Who is it, Ken? Who are you taking under your wing to train? You at least owe me that."
Ken Timbs: "You're right, I owe you that. I'm taking under my wing, someone who NEEDS my help ... Apolo Dantes."
Jordan looks ready to blow a gasket as David Jett throws it quickly to a commercial break!

We come back from the break and David Jett has been joined by this woman ...
MISSY HYATT!
David Jett: "We are back and I have been joined by the "First Lady of Wrestling", Missy Hyatt! Missy, what do we owe the pleasure of your visit here at Kick Wrestling?"
Missy Hyatt: "David Jett, I come bearing gifts ."
David Jett: "Awww ... Missy you shouldn't have ..."
The smiling Jett holds his hand out to collect.
Missy Hyatt: "Not for you, silly! For Scotty!"
David Jett: "Scotty the Body?"
Missy Hyatt: "Did you see him last night? He's all dreamy with that hair and chiseled body ... I'm getting chills just thinking about him."
David Jett: "Scotty the Body, one half of the new KAW Tag Team Champions is not here this evening. I can give him the gift for you."
Missy Hyatt: "Well, I don't know, these photos are kind of private and for his eyes only."
David Jett: "You have my word as a gentleman."
Missy Hyatt: "Well, okay ..."
She's a bit hesitant before she hands a manila envelope over to him. He shakes the package while mulling over what might be inside.
David Jett: "Let's go to the ring!"
The YellowJackets versus Todd Morton and Jackie Fulton
We've got the masked men in full heel mode as they torment the fans before attacking Morton and Fulton prior to the bell. Several good shots and they toss Fulton to the outside. Morton takes a quick beating but is able to escape their clutches when he fakes YJ #1 into punching YJ #2 right in the kisser. A tag and Fulton is in and is like a house on fire! He nails both masked men then he and Morton deliver double dropkicks to send their opponents crashing out of the ring. They share a high-five and it is commercial break time!

We come back to the good guys in control. Hitting their stride, Fulton and Morton swap out of side headlocks and crank the unidentifiable Yellow Jacket's neck. The Yellow Jacket tries to lift Fulton off his feet but the leg kicking Fulton has other ideas as he winds up back on his feet. The Yellow Jacket with the reversal and cranks down while giving the fans a piece of his mind. Turning his body from the ref, the masked man gets in a punch which brings a complaint from Morton, who tries to come into the ring. With the ref keeping Morton from the ring, the Yellow Jackets get in some double teaming in before swapping out that brings on the boobirds. Referee Al Hall questions the exchange but the Yellow Jacket claims he's innocent. Several more punches and Fulton's had enough ... lifting his opponent off his feet, Fulton falls back and slams the masked man into the mat. A quick tag and here comes Todd Morton with a leg drop. Climbing the ropes, Morton waits until a wobbly Yellow Jacket gets to his feet before nailing him with a missile dropkick. With the pin attempt, partner Jackie Fulton clears the other Yellow Jacket from the ring with a drop kick of his own.
The victors celebrate their win but are interrupted as the Tennessee Volunteers hit the ring and come up throwing. We've got all four men brawling as the show comes to an end.
